KALDeARTE, International Exhibition of Street Arts
KALDeARTE, International Exhibition of Street Arts, is a programme promoted by Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council that came into being in 2006. It hosts performances in different formats, intended for all types of audience, in both Basque and Spanish, covering a broad spectrum of disciplines, from theatre to dance.
The programme is very varied and includes everything from circus shows, comedy performances, plays intended for children and acrobats. These shows, performed by national and international artists, take place over a weekend and create a very special atmosphere in the streets of the capital of Álava.
It regularly occurs during the second weekend in June.
